How To Shop & The Minotaur Jewelry

& The Minotaur jewelry is made in small, one of a kind collections, released monthly here. Exact dates and times, along with countdowns and reminders are set via our Instagram page. Each item from our one of a kind collections are previewed on our Instagram as they are made and in the days leading up to the release, so make sure you are following along there for the most up to date information.

Made to order items are listed in our Permanent Collection page, and are available in small quantities and restocked as prior orders are fulfilled, making them "always available".

Shipping

Items will be shipped according to listing type. Ready to ship items from our one of a kind collection will be shipped within 5 business days.

Made to order items will ship after 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise indicated, which gives us enough time to make your jewelry.

We ship via USPS and will provide tracking. Once we turn your order over to USPS it is out of our control, though we are willing to work through issues in extenuating circumstances.

Returns

We do not allow returns or exchanges, so please read listing descriptions carefully before purchasing.

In the event your order arrives to you damaged from the mail, we will cover the cost of the repair.

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Repairs

Email us or DM us on Instagram if you need a repair, and we will come to an agreement on price and shipping costs, depending on what is needed for each individual case.

Please take care of your jewelry and remember to take it off when you sleep, shower, swim, do manual labor, and exercise, to keep it looking its best for generations.

Customs

We happily accept custom orders! Our process is simple. Reach out via email or DM and let us know what you have in mind. If your idea is in our wheelhouse, we’ll take a non-refundable deposit of $60 that will go towards your finished piece. After this, we’ll decide on sketches and a finalized design together. You’ll then purchase your piece through our web store and work will begin on your custom jewelry! Timeframe can be anywhere from 6-8 weeks, sometimes longer, sometimes much shorter, depending on the design in question.
